If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.

Hey, Hey, Hey…..

I just heard from one of my clients and the news is ALL good!

“Not sure if you saw…but I got a job in one of the best parishes in the state… It’s tough to get positions there especially if you are an outsider.”

Yessssss!

When L came to work with me, she was worried about going back to her district, she had been on medical leave because of thing she has put off for years. The stress of the position, lack of support from her Superintendent, and not knowing what to do to change things had knocked her down.

After working with me she had some major changes:

She and her husband began connecting with each other more.

She had more energy to help her mother.

She was able to spend more time with her children and grandchildren.

She started to love the work again.

She upbeat about her work and her life EVERY.TIME.WE.MET.

Did she have setbacks at work? Of course, it’s the nature of the beast...

Was her Superintendent still unsupportive? Yes.

Was there less work? Of course not.

So what changed?

She did! By working with me she was able to figure out what she needed to do differently to have a different outcomes.

You see, we can’t change other people, only ourselves….our expectations, our habits, our systems…..and we can only do that when we learn HOW.

I don’t work with everyone, so this is not for you if:

You are resigned to the hamster on the wheel effect you’ve got going on in your life.

You are not open to learning new techniques.

You feel like you are totally ok with your current work-life situation.

You don’t see the value in investing in yourself to better your life.

If you WANT and NEED TO be in a better situation in just 90 days from now and looking back 365 days from now and saying “Thank Goodness I invested in myself” then simply reply to this email….let’s talk.

In friendship, love, and leadership,
