You need to understand what drives, motivates, fulfills, and matters to you.
Once you identify those things, you can form your personal mission statement.
Here is a reflection exercise that I have created so you can create your mission statement:
What are you excited about when you wake up in the morning?
When you go to bed, what do you wish you had done more of during the day?
What motivates you to be your best?
What do you want your legacy to be?
How can you make the lives of others better?
If you didn't need to bring home a paycheck, what would you be doing with your time?
What is currently missing in your life?
What fulfills you?
